ive been weight lifting for about a month and a half now, with incredibly great results. if you check my journal out ill have some before and after stats/pics tommorrow ( i think, have to goto my mums and borrow her digi cam :P ). but just recently, in the past 2 days, i went out and bought some creatine, CLA stuff (conjugated linoleic acid, fat burner **** i think), and some sort of what i guess you guys refer to as stackers. now im wondering if i should just continue to use a good diet and routine to get my results or break down and feel kinda like im cheating and use supplements? im not trying to dog on anyone that uses them, but dont you guys feel like your not being all you can be because your relying on something other than yourself to get what you want (muscle mass)? protein shakes and all that i dont have a problem with, but do you think by me taking creatine and some other low level **** that im cheating myself outta something i should be doing in the gym? just curious if any of you out there have had great success without having to use supplements.

You shouldn't feel guilty at ALL if you choose to take creatine. Creatine is naturally produced by the body, so like any supplement you are just adding more of something that your body already has/needs.

I would save my money and not buy the CLA. An ECA stack can be beneficial but you will see the best results if you make sure your diet is in order before taking the ECA.
I agree with Astronaut on the creatine. Not much difference in using creatine and taking a multi-vitamin IMO.
I must ask why you have bought these products before doing any research on them? I recommend doing a little reading on the net to find out the benefits and side effects, if any, before taking these products. This will allow you t judge the overall worth of the supplement. I always try to do some research before throwing random substances in my body.:)

I don't feel bad about taking Xenadrine, Andro150Poppers, Myostat (It was free ok!!!!), Mag-10, Ripped Fuel, ATP Advantage Creatine, Nitro-Tech, Cell-Tech. My mind doesn't seem to be affected, your's shouldn't by just a bit of creatine.
