phosphagen hp?????!!!

sorry to keep asking questions , but u will go on and answer them won't you?!

This site is great and I really appreciate all the advice - one gets so blugeoned with fancy adverts in flex etc.

Someone mentioned phosphagen hp on here and I wanted to ask what it was and whether it' s any good. Is it just a creatine product or is it particularly good?

Save your money and get some plain ol' creatine

yep, all phosphagen is is creatine and sugar. Get yourself some plain creatine and get some dextrose to take with it post workout. So it is a fine product for people looking for a postworkout creatine that already has carbs in it.

So again.....by some plain creatine for days you dont workout. Buy some dextrose and mix with your plain creatine for postworkout.

I had excellent results with Phosphagen HP. Although I had those same excellent results with regular creatine as well. I would say Phosphagen is good if you don't want to buy creatine and dextrose separately, and the phosphagen is really cheap (I got like 4 lbs. for $20).

Other than that, I would agree to just stick with regular ol' creatine + dextrose.
