18 years old 6 feet 165 bench been awhile at 190 goal 225, have not been able to make gains in 4 months training.
After workouts I take protein whey. How frequently should I take it? Do I need another product?

Drink a shake before you go to bed, drink one when you wake up, drink one after you workout.
You're bulking, so as long as you're taking a multivitamin, I'd say you're OK. Creatine is ok, but only if you like to cut afterwards.

Kid, at this point I don't think you'll be happy with anything short of trenbolone and equipoise.

This is a good set of tips for bulking IMO:

I'm guessing the supplements aren't your issue - it's diet and workout. And don't take any roids dude, I know it crossed your mind from reading your posts.

Hey Edge, can you elaborate on this for me? Why do you say "only if you like to cut afterwards"?
This is one statement about creatine I haven't heard before.
Thanks.

Sure, Creatine tends to put on some fat with that muscle when bulking. It's a good tool when used properly, but excess fat is generally a price you pay when using it. Thus, if you want to use Creatine when bulking, it might help, but you're gonna want to cut that fat you put on (on top of the fat you'll get from bulking) when you're done with bulking.
whoa.. this dude needs to get his diet in order... dont confuse him all he needs to do is drink his protein shakes and take a multivitamin... in 6months ask about taking something else

OOOOOO.....you get me so excited when you talk like that....Roids,you tease
At 18 all you need is to EAT EAT EAT,protein shakes,as already stated. You need calories, carbs, and protein.
Don't try to cut and bulk at the same time, its a futile war.
Just eat,train hard,cut back on cardio,and rest(very important)
1 to 1.5 hrs in the gym on a 4 day split is more than enough. I have been lifting for 20 yrs and made all the mistakes, and I am still learning.

How does creatine increase fat stores?

No idea, but I know from experience of myself and others that creatine helps you bulk, but it's gonna put a bit more fat on you. I'm no expert, just going off what I've seen and had happen.

It may increase water retention, but it won't actually increase the amount of fat on your body.
There's no physiological mechanism for that to happen.
The only thing that can increase fat stores are excess calories.

It does not increase fat,it draws water into the cell at a molecular level, giving you one hell of a pump, helping with recovery, and the more you volumize the cells the more protien and glucose can fill it also. Eat clean and high protien and you should be allright.
I powerlift so I do not eat as clean as a bodybuilder, but I eat alot more than they do.

Creatine does not directly affect the storing of fat.
