The top pic is recent, and I'm at 170 now 5'10.. I have been lifting like 2 times a month for the past 2 years now. The bottom one where I was competing I was @160 like very little bf. I'm hoping to get up in weight to 190 in 3 months. Lets hope the muscle memory thing kicks in!

My tatoo means Zen.. I made the sun design around it, thought it would be make it look nice, which it did, but man did it hurt!
