has anyone tried any sort of liquid creatine,
someone at my gym tried to tell me its as good as a light dose of AS but im skeptical what do you guys think?

Creatine isn't stable in liquid form. Your best bet would be regular old Creatine Monohydrate in powder form.

A light dose of AS? Hmm, not quite. Well I suppose it depends on how 'light' your talking about.

When you buy "liquid creatine" it pretty much is no longer creatine. It quickly degrades into creatinine when in liquid form, which is what happens quite frequently in the body.

Liquid is crap,and nothing works anywhere close to steroids than a steroid. Belive me I have been down both roads.:D
