I'm looking to use one of these products, simply, what would you guys rather use; cytogainer or N-Large? Oh and does anyone know what the calorie content is for Cytogainer?? i could not find a total. Thanks.

CytoGainer has 610 calories per serving, and a LOT less sugar than Nlarge.
Out of the two, I have only tried Nlarge, and must say to stay the heck away from Vanilla flavor. But I had good results from it.

ok thanks, ya one reason i was leaning towards cytogainer was because of the low sugar content.

I believe (not sure though, guess it depends on where you get it) that CytoGainer is cheaper. Only $17.99 for 3.5 lbs. at www.advantagesupplements.com
I'm not sure which is the better product, but I just had to chime in and say Vanilla N Large is absolutely delicious.

Here's another vouch for vanilla NLarge tasting like ballsweat. Stay away. The chocolate cytogainer is very tasty, however.

lol, ballsweat.
N-Large and Cytogainer have different properties.
Cytogainer will be better for a pre-workout and pre-bedtime shake while N-Large makes for a better post workout shake. The differences lie in the somewhat different carbohydrate properties.
It really won't make much of a difference and cytogainer is a great product, but it is rather expensive. You can get a 10 lb tub of N-Large for $35 but a 3.5 lb tub of cytogainer is usually around the low $20's. These prices are from online stores... expect to pay much more at a retail store.

Then again, there's always the Cell-Tech/Nitro-Tech stack, which is a lean mass gainer in itself. ;)

So what about using Nlarge post workout(maybe half serving) and then cytogainer throughout the day and possibly non workout days.
If you are taking cytogainer, what would be a good post workout? 100% whey? since you are getting most of the calories from gainer.

I would go with N'Large postworkout due to the high GI carbs, or you could use 100% whey mixed in with simple carbs.
