View Full Version : Just got my 1-AD and 6-OXO...

Alright, today I was 179 pounds at 6.72% body-fat so... CUTTING CYCLE IS OVER!!!. I also received my bottles of 1-AD and 6-OXO from bodybuilding.com through the mail and was looking to get tips from anybody who has cycled this stuff before. I know I'm probably going to have to change my split to a more intense routine and I'm also going to start doing my workouts at high-weight/low-repetition. I've already got my daily caloric intake plan hiked-up (whole eggs, turkey bacon, shakes, plenty-o-tuna based snacks and chicken and pasta galore) so I'm looking to my ever reliable WBB bretheren to help me remember what I've overlooked. This is my first conscious bulking cycle (and I mean conscious by carefully planning it instead of say, in high school just eating everything in sight and then hitting the gym all afternoon) so any tips will be greatly appreciated. :D
I'm mainly seeking help with the 1-AD and 6-OXO, I'm a pro-hormone newbie I guess you'd say.
And yes, I know it was screwed up cutting first and bulking later... That was hamered into me yesterday... repeatedly...:whip:

Exactly :) You will never be satisfied so this bulking/cutting thing will go on forever. It really doesnt matter what you start with.

I went over that and found some helpful tips. Was just seeing if anyone had anything else to offer that might not have been covered.:D

I don't know. But everyone I've spoken to at my gym (including the trainers) said completely the opposite: bulk first, cut second. I thought about it and... I still like my way better.:cool:

As this is your first useof an androgen, I might think it wise to run a 2week cycle for reasons of assessing your response.
That said, 500-600mgs seems an appropriate dose to begin with. At the conclusion of a two-week cycle, 6-OXO could be dosed at apr. 300-500mgs daily for a 14day duration. During this time, training volume should be reduced while calories are kept high.
Also, E/C does well in positive nutrient partitioning toward muscle, and can be dosed at 10mg E/100mg C every 2hrs for a total of 6servings.

6.72% Body Fat @179? If those are legitimate numbers you must be hella shredded! How did you get a BF figure rounded to hundredths?
