Tastes to me like there is a ton of sodium in it. I could be wrong though.

The 'picante' flavor tastes like bile. That, plus the fact that it's very high in sodium, I would conclude that it would not be preferred by most bodybuilders.

I can't believe how people hate V8...not just you guys but like my friends and stuff too. I don't know, maybe it's because I've been drinking it since I was young but I love it.
What's wrong with sodium? (I mean, as relating to BBing)

Maybe that's my problem, I OD'd on it when I was younger. I used to have it in my lunch in like 1st grade. . . Reminds me. . . of a simpler time . . . *gazes skyward*

I was reading through some of the posts on google about sodium intake and thought you might find this helpful.

V-8 is by no means "bad" but I personally would rather eat some whole food, but if you enjoy it go ahead. As far as sodium intake goes, everything in moderation is a good rule of thumb.
