It comes pre-mixed? Pure creatine monohydrate with some dextrose is the best way to go.

I think I'll take a vote for Phosphagen, just because it's the only one I've tried.

Just buy some dextrose and pure creatine monohydrate and mix that with some whey and you would still have money left over.:)

Pre-mixed is a waste of money.

I use a type of creatine citrate. Lower on the carbs and sugars and tastes good. One scoop in some water and it taste like lemon lime alkaselzer plus.

ok..then..i found the website that i can purchase dextrose..
but what i know is if insulin level goes up, it is good for creatine to get into muscle cell..after that insulin level drops quickly and then muscle fall into catabolism..
is that right??

and what if i m on loading phase??
I need to take creatine with dextrose every time i consume??

Yes an insulin spike is ideal to help shuttle the nutrients into your muscles after a hard workout. Just because the insulin level drops after the initial spike does not mean that you are going into a catabolic state. Without going into a long explanation I would just take your postworkout shake (whey and dextrose) and then have a whole food meal approx. 90 minutes later. This meal should contain some of each macronutrient (p/c/f).

There is really no need to load creatine but if you want to load you can just mix it in water when you are taking it at other times during the day.
