Bruteman , I use to lift primarily for track. I was a sprinter/ hurdler and oly lifting and pylos were
more beneficial to me than regular bodybuilding. Now I just do it because I enjoy it and it relieves stress.

That's the workout I came up with for my arms. Going to do it Mon & Fri
and no other workouts for a 4 week cycle. It's similar to Chris Mason's arm
routine article posted on this site. I'm somewhat annoyed that I'm dropping all
my favorite lifts, but sometimes one has to sacrifice to get what he/she wants.
And right now I want bigger arms. I'm holding off on the bigger boobies, although
they're getting some work with closegrips and dips. Although I'm using light weight,
the giant sets really took a toll on my arms. They are quite sore this morning.

Giant sets suck! I recommend you try them if you haven't. I increased reps
or went up in weight in most sets. So far so good, but my bis were killing me
during the 2nd set. I only got 2 reps for bb curls:( Gonna move them after
preachers to see if that helps any.

I felt like crap today, didn't eat enough. But I still managed to work my way
up in weight on the exercises. Only two more weeks of this, then I can start
doing something more fun like squats. Arm exercises are gay.

Side Note: The last two weeks or so in Manhattan have been great. It's actually
stopped raining and the weather's been beautiful, which means women are wearing
very revealing clothing. Lots of nice jiggling to admire. Hooray for boobies and bubble butts.

With the little work that I've done the past couple of weeks, I
noticed my tris are slightly more noticeable but I attribute that
to genetics, both my dad and brother have big tris and forearms.
Don't really care so much about the bis but they're getting bigger
as well. Routine seems to be working but I can't wait till I'm done
with it.

results are pretty good. I got impatient and measured yesterday. I gained about
3/8" on both my arms. They're still small compared to a lot of the guys on this
site, but I'm happy with the results thus far. One more week!

My body needs to get readjusted so I kept the weights down. I couldn't believe how stiff
my shoulders were today. It made snatch balancing and snatching a bit uncomfortable.
My squats and GMs were fine but my hams and my ass are incredibly sore right now.

Nice to be back at the gym after spending the past month working out at home. Some
very nice eye candy there today. Two new receptionists working, one brunette and one
blond. Didn't get too much of a look at the blond since she went off to help some lady.
As for the brunette, she was wearing a finely tailored blouse that accentuated her
extraordinary cleavage. Quite a sight to behold. Jen 1 looked ravishing as always with
her beautiful ballerina legs. She was wearing a white tank top that revealed her shape
quite well. As for her shorts, they were the equivalent to male briefs. Evil woman. They
showed off her legs nicely though and that's all that matters. I've always wondered what
it would feel like to have those long legs wrapped around me. "Red" was there too, but
she kept giving me the look of death. So I avoided her. I didn't see any of the other usual
suspects, but I'm farely certain I will soon enough.

Plan to start doing more doubles and triples next week. Body's re-
adjusting rather nicely. Soreness is minimal. Still need to get more
sleep than I've been getting. Need to work on c&j form. It's
horrendous especially the jerk. Tried jerking 135 and had to muscle
it out - f-ing ridiculous. So I worked on form with low weights.

Gym rant/rave... some men seriously need to be taught the fine art
of flushing a toilet. Nuff said. Lots o pretty women to comment on but
to lazy to type.

Starting to modify my routine to accomodate my goals. I was so pumped
today because my boobs seem to be growing. I squeezed my boobs like
never before on bench. Incline was quite an experience though. That last
set felt like the heaviest goddamn thing I ever lifted. The things I do for my

Verizon cellpones rule...at least in nyc. Only ones that workerd during 9/11
and the only one working yesterday during the power outage. Thank God
my mom and I didn't have to go into the city. My brother and dad didn't fare so
well. But at least we were able to communicate. Verizon :thumbup:

Distracted by some hot girl next to me, flexing her legs in the mirror and my
wandering eyes couldn't avoid looking. Some really nice assets. She could've
flexed somewhere else since the gym was virtually empty, but no she had to
do it next to me. Tease. I should've tripped her. Other than that wonderful
distraction, no problemo on the cleans but they did take longer than usual.

Dropped the 175 to 165 to see if I could get out a fifth rep at 185.
I got that fifth rep, but boy was it ugly. The following two sets, I had
someone spot me. 4th rep of the second to last set blew donkey
balls and so did the 3rd rep of the last set. I'm going to try something
a bit different next week.

Progress seems fairly constant bro so keep it up. Like the look of your programme might have to learn sone of those olympic/power movements just to spice up my training. Killer quads in that early picture dude! But you gotta stop perving whilst training or your gonna hurt yourself. Just wait till youve finished and knock one off in the shower afterwards its a better cooldown than five minutes on the rower.

I'm more than happy with the progress I've made benching, but I think I'm
trying to do too much too soon, so I need to reevaluate the weights I'm using.

And I never said that I didn't say hi...her name is Sara. I think tripping her
would've been better though. More of a lasting impression I think. ;)

Unfortunately I won't be working my legs that hard, but I will work them. I'll be focusing more on strengthening my shoulders, lats, chest, and tris to help me with my sticking point on flat bench. And of course adding mass to my boobs.

Squats only every other week, need to slow down a bit cause I got some ugly ass purple stretch marks on my quads. The key to getting big wheels are your hamstrings. Strengthen those puppies and you'll be squatting ungodly amounts of weight resulting in tree trunk legs.

I felt really good today, used a slightly wider grip and it made a big difference on the pulls. Felt

Cliff notes:
start of journal - goal was to squat 315 atf using a strictly oly lifting routine, goal was met, then started a 4 week arm cycle to add some size, after that I went with a maintenence routine, and now for the last 2 weeks or so I've been basically on a cycle to strengthen parts of my body that will help me through my sticking point on flat bench

Have no dip belt at the moment so only BW. The new dip station my gym has is total crap.
The bars are too far apart and has no sort of grip on it, so my hands kept slipping. Next

Too heavy on the warm-ups. Go lighter next week.

My grip was kaka. Just wanted to get in a pulling movement from the
floor since I didn't clean today.

Nice looking sessions dude! Looks like you're getting on a roll up in here! I hAet you for being able to do glute/ham raises. I've played with them a little and think I'll add them in to my leg day soon, but I can't even do one unassisted.
