Lets suppose...hypothetically of course...that someone was to cut on test and glucophage for 10 weeks. What would you say the limit of the caloric deficit this imaginary person could stand before atrophy were to begin?

Maintenance right now is somewhere around 2350. On this supposed person's last bulk he consumed 3500 cals a day and gained 40lbs, and kept 30 of it.

I was supposing that the person could cut at around 2000 a day, which would lead to a natural loss of a little more than 2/3 of a pound per week, but I'm unsure of whether or not this construct of pure imagination could eat even less than that and get satisfactory results.

Calories seem to low to me, but if protein is kept high I don't think atrophy would be to problematic.

What's this guy's bodyfat, budiak? And how's his natural test doing?

His natural test is doing just fine, B. Bodyfat is estimated at anywhere between 16%-19%. He's not dunking his ass in cold water.

I was actually wondering whether or not one could actually do an AS assisted cut and get good results while eating at above maintenance cals. Or just barely below, or even at maintenance cals.

Also diet of course is paramount. Working out 3x per week, and doing cardio 3x per week (resting one day), macros something like 60/25/15. But I'm wondering if he would need more fat. He's got a ****load of flax oil he got for free because of all of his buyer points at MassQuantities.

I was thinking the same , would it be possible to loose a fair amount of BF when eating on maintenace cals or slightly below when on AS.

Someone of the seniors here got an explenation for it ?

My cycle is planned for the beginning of may but im still not out of this question wheter i can eat at maintenace or not.
