I think just about anything that you can find that would be suitable for vegans like yourself, would be fine.
Btw, they sell that stuff at my gym.

If you can only use vegan shakes, that one's not going to work.
Assuming you are asking about the protein in that link?
It contains: "Ultra Filtered Whey Protein concentrate, Egg Albumen, Calcium Caseinate, Micro Ultra Filtered Whey Protein Isolate, Ion Exchanged Whey Protein Isolate and Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate. "
I looked for something called ISP on that page and couldn't find it, so I assumed it was that?

Yeah, I found out that protein is far from vegan. ISP is Isolated Soy Protein, which GNC and Twinlab make disgusting tasting ones.

My gut feeling on this is that all isolated soy protein is going to be disgusting.
But if you're vegan you don't have many other options.
i take a soy protein isolate shake.. and it tastes better than any whey shake i ever tasted...made by naturade.. and it looks like its a go for vegans

#1. Drop the vegan deal.
#2. Buy some real whey!

If it's your religion/dire need/mental state to be a vegan, I guess your out of luck.

Is that gonna be good for cutting? It's 150 calories, and 13 grams of sugar and 13 of protein. I guess it might be a trade between taste and helpfulness.

Just stay below maintenance with your calories and you should be fine with that.
