My legs are sore as ****! Which is a good thing....I was thinking I was doin the straight leg deadlifts wrong because I felt my lower back muscles working and my legs werent sore after the sets....they are now! Anyway now that I can barely walk should I do cardio on my day off from lifting? I posted a post in Training http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?threadid=26646 and they recommended to do cardio on off days...I hate second guessing but is this still a good idea?
