I am 27 6'5" weigh 252. I am getting back into lifting after nearly 6 years. I was at 285 in HS with fairly low BW but had help from our chemical brothers. I am now trying to get back into similar shape (NATURAL) but am having a hard time figureing out what diet to keep. I live a very very busy life style so I have hired several coocks over the past few years you might know them Ronald, Wendy I even tried using a little dog for a while. I have no interest in "slimming up" just maybe doing a swap of fat and muscle. Any books or websites that might contain DETAILED information on the best diet for someone in my situation would be great.
