I am not sure as to your goals. If your goals are pure size, than I think you are on the right track. I must say, that other than in the quads, the last 2 pics mostly differ in bodyfat. In other words, if lean mass is your goal, you may want to back off a tad on the calories, or move to more of a hypertrophy based program.

By the way, I have added some bodyfat as of late as well, I am not trying to be critical.

Thanks guys

Chris there is quite a bit of size gain between 3 and 4, that isn't apparent in the pics, but its there - mostly in the triceps and legs. That's when I started dipping. And my glutes, hams, and quads blew up - especially from the side. Not that much from the front.

If you see the lat spread comparo in my journal you can see the diffference in the tricep size. Sometimes even a small change in posing form and camera angle can hide the difference, I took 3-4 pics of each pose and they all look different :)

I haven't put on 10lbs of fat between pic 3 and 4, so trust me there are size gains there, I'm a lot stronger for sure between pic 3 and 4, and its not all through neural means. Plus I was flat today, the other pics were normally done after coming back from the gym with a pump. It's just that between pics 1 and 2 the difference were measured in couple of inches - literally, the differences betwen 3 and 4 are more in fractions of inches :)

Like they say, if you can see a difference in photos, then its a huge change.

Care to enlighten me on your bodybuilding experience before this year? I see your posts saying "3 months...12lbs" etc. but if you were a bodybuilder in the past, how much of that is regained? Not being a douche, but I've never seen it explained.

I was 150-160lbs when I was bodybuilding as a teen, I'm a lot heavier than that now :)

I was just leaner that's all, about what I look like in pics 1, but with 20lbs less fat. I had a 28-29inch waist, in pic one my waist was about 32 inches.

Really interesting thread and a good idea to put the photos next to each other for comparison !

You have made some good improvements, anyone can see that !

I can definitely see improvement largely on the back and arms.

Its very clear to see arm thinkness has gone up in each of the photos (esp the double bicep), and the lat spread shows clear improvement on the back.

Keep it going :)

It's not a lat spread, I'm standing totally relaxed :)

Thanks for the comments guys

Honest!

My lats actually go out wider when they're flexed standing like that

I should take a pic with my lats flexed :)
