You also look way bigger in the old pictures. Bodyfat can be deceiving though.

yea! it looks like i'm bigger, but in reality, i was only 133 back then, and my arms were only 13.5inches. i actually lied to girls and said i was 150-60, i wish i can lie and say i'm 170 rite now!!!

sad thign is, i dont' remember how i got to that low bodyfat (4%) :( it was 2 years ago
