Guys -

When is the best time to eat what? In terms of getting the most out of a workout. I'm trying to burn fat......what should I eat prior to my workout and how long before the workout. What should I eat after the workout and how long after. I usually workout around 7:00....2 hours after my dinner.

I usually eat a regular meal about 1.5-2 hours before working out, unless I am working out in the morning in which case I drink whey with some carbs as soon as I wake up. Postworkout I would recommend a whey protein along with some high GI carbs, and then approx 90 minutes later eat another whole food meal. This is the schedule I usually try to follow.
