How does this diet look? I am on wbb1 bulking. I weigh 140, about 5'8. I am inactive other than lifting. I used fitday to calculate the values. Some of them might be off a little because I just used the values they had for various foods that were wrong.

I would say more fat in there. I try and get approx. 30% of my cals from fat. Good luck with the bulk.

Hell yea, don't let the "coming from fat" calories make less than the 20% of your daily caloric intake.

You don't need to be more active while you re trying to bulk.
