View Full Version : BK Chicken Whopper
No mayo. Is this thing healthy enough to have as an every day food? Seems pretty good to me.

the whole meal or just the sandwich? my take is that all fast food is bad food, no matter how much they try to say low fat.

I get them for free every time I go to the city with the bus. (there s an offer in the ticket).
They re for sure healthier than the other burgers and when you have nothing better to eat and you re on the go, it's a decent choice.
Just the sandwich.

In terms of padding your daily macronutrient intake, that sandwich seems acceptable. However, in terms of benefits to your health, I wouldn't advise eating fast food too frequently....there is much more to the equation than just a sandwich's statistics (such as its origin).
