Just to pre-warn, this is NOT a typical creatine post!! :) I am also cutting at the moment.
Today at the store i picked up a bottle of flaxseed oil caps and cod liver oil caps. My question is, would it be best to take both of those after my first meal in the morning, or take one, then take one after the next meal?
Next, if I hydrate myself properly, will the the diuretic-ish affect of an ECA stack still mess with creatine absorption. I have no problem with drinking like a fish if it'll help. I would just use the creatine in between ECA doses but the stack that I have is taken once in the morning and releases itself slowly over the next 8 hours (unless i've been lied to :P)
It's been said that creatine is sometimes not advised for cutting because it promotes water retention. It'll skew the weight loss numbers, but that's fine with me, because if I was to stop taking the creatine at any time, soon I would just pee out the excess water. Right?
Oh yeah. I also have zinc tablets that I picked up at the store. I read in another thread that it's recommended to take only 20mg of extra-supplemental zinc a day (not counting what's in a multivitamin). However, my tabs contain 50mg. They are in standard pill for, not gelcaps or anything, so it should be okay for me to just cut one in half, correct? This, i would take at my second meal, so the MV can do its thing before i get extra zinc.
