I just bought me a ****load of chromium tablets , there pricy tough.

100mg chromium/tablet

How should i dose it idealy when cutting ?

Hey man, I read a lotta negative stuff on Chromium Picolinate. But then again, there are tons of good stuff about it too.
just make sure you dun exceed the recommended amount.

I think the best time to take it is also on empty stomach. It suppresses your appetite.

too much chromium is toxic, and not much evidence supporting the claims of aid in fat loss. in all honesty i think you might have wasted your money. besides, a multivitamin like centrum has all the chromium you would want/need

i take 200mcg a day, usually post-workout.

I take up to 400mcg of Chromium Polynicotinate a day, Its proven much safer and absorbable than picolinate, goes by the name Chromate. IT WORKS great as a glucose dispersal agent, I haven taken upwards of 1200mcgs during refeeds before and popped back into keto like nothing. It really helps me metabolize carbs anyway, I have been taking it daily for a year, have a blood test coming back from the Dr. this week so ill see.

take like 200mcg per 20 carbs IMO.
