whats this the 3rd thread? I didn't realize protein whey was such a bad topic moderators, maybe you should put on your rules. Jeezzzzz, I've been asking a real question and you'd think it was something else.

Anyway, maybe if the moderators don't get offened by the topic, I can get your responses. Is protein whey the right supplement for me? What would you recommend glutaime? How often should I take protein whey? On workout days only?

I don't know much, but what is met-rx would it help?

My goal is to get bigger and stronger too.

I want to take a product that can help me, which I don't if I'm doing.

save your money, buy a multivitamin. spend the rest on food.

Whey is good. Whey after workout good. Met-rx is expensive.
supplementation wont "help" cuz your supplementing for what you shouldve been getting.

THe reason your posts have been deleted is likely because you fail to do anything for yourself -- like, I don't know, read the sticky posts, do a search, etc...

personilized than articles. My question, tomorrow I'm going to the gym. I'm all out of protein whey. Do you recommend I refill or should I get something else. I have no idea what multivitamins I should take, can you tell me? I still would like a drink before and after however.

Well put Edgar.

Eat a Chicken Post workout. let it loose in your gym and catch it for a cool down, then eat it.

The best supplement?

Whole food. Eat more of it and you'll see some impressive results. Until you are eating more, supplements won't do a damned thing for you.

And that explains why your posts keep being deleted.

If you want that to stop, here are some tips:

Read all of the articles on this site.
Read lots of posts, even ones that don't look like they apply to you
Use the search function.

See, most of us are convinced you are a troll, and not really interested in learning anything, but not convinced enough to send someone who is REALLY this confused somewhere else. It is also very difficult to delete just the posts that are frustrated responses to you - it's far easier to just delete the whole thing.

If you have any more specific questions about how/why posts are deleted, send me a PM.
