As many of you know from reading my other posts, I'm just getting started on a solid fitness routine.
I'm hitting the weights and cardio 4 times a week (30min. cardio and about an hour of lifting).
Anyhow, any suggestions on what my daily calorie intake should be if I'm looking to get lean as quick as possible. What % of those calories should be which macronutrients.
