here's my latest pic. I've been focusing on my diet/supplement timing and less on training for the past 4 months. right now I'm around 244 @ 9%. I'm starting HIIT today for 8 weeks so I should be down to 7% at the end of that.

* I think I'm the only person who can take a blurry picture with a digital camera ! lol

I think your bodyfat estimation is rather low.

the bf was done with a 7-point. the picture quality does suck so it does look questionable.

I will try to get another one but I have no one to take pictures of me as my gf won't be back for another couple of weeks.

I'm starting HIIT today as I've done no cardio in the past 3 months. I will definetly post another pick when I'm finished that. I'm not going to make any other changes in my training, diet or supplementation for the next 8 weeks...

The quality is sufficient. You are not 9% bodyfat. In my opinion, you are more like 12-13%.
