I'm gonna help my cousin start to cut up. Hes 6'4 230lbs and just starting to work out. What supplement do you guys recomend that he should take to assist him in cutting up.

Um, the weight is kinda decent for the height. Is he fat/overweight?
I take Ripped Fuel, 2 pills in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and one before dinner. I have no side effects at all, but I increased my dosage slowly (so if your cousin takes it, make sure he does it slowly too).

He doesn't look fat but most of that weight isn't muscle.

I'd recommend doing some HIIT cardio, then after he hits a plateau, add the ECA.

No need for supps to start off with, proper diet and excercise is all he needs.
What might help though is a multi vitamin and some whey powder w/ dextrose post workout. Other than that tell him about proper nutrition which this website is an amazing source for and he's all set.
