Ok Im gonna start another one. and I promise to keep it up to date. My current goal is to build more mass.

Im currently weighing 266 and looking in pretty good shape. I want to get my arms to the 20" mark. Just over 19" at the moment.

Mon : Legs
Tue : Shoulder
Wed : Cardio and Abs
Thu : Back, Bi
Fri : Chest, Abs
Sat : Booze, Womanizing
Sun : Recover.

Do you feel that you can get good arm growth by doing them after your major muscle groups?? I am sure it is just a personal preference.
What does your rep and set scheme look like?
I think you and I have the same saturday schedule, that is why i work at a bar.

Thanks Guys.

This weekend was a little crazy. It was my birthday and the boys got me a little too drunk. There was 17 of us on the town and I can't remember much. Just remember my mates taking the p!ss because my ass looked huge in my jeans. and it did.

Im 6ft 2" by the way.

Hi Sav.

OK I did shoulders and tris last nite as my TP was still hung over after my birthday weekend. puff.

Shoulders

3 x Behind the neck press.
Main set was a triple drop set. Starting with 200 pounds for about 6 reps.
2 x seated sides
2 x Cable sides
2 x Rear delts on pec dec (reverse)

Tri

3 x Lying ext.
Main set was 150 pounds x 8

3 x press downs.


Legs tonight. Should be a good session. Looking forward to some heavy squatting. Yeee Harrrr !!

I have this same problem! It makes staying in shape a bit harder and calls for more cardio, but it does tend to make me considerably happier, so its a worth while tradeoff :D

Not as much as you my american friend. lol

OK ..... I had a really poor leg workout last night. I just felt weak and I should be moving more weight than I did for my bodyweight. I think it was a combo of not being about to deadlift for a while and not being able to train Hams for a while (I;ve had back ache).

Seated Calves x 3
Standing Calves x 3

Leg Extentions x 3
Squat x 3 (8 with 400 and 4 with 450)
Leg Press x 2 (15 with 800 and 10 with 900)

3 x leg curls
3 x abductors.


Im would say my bodyfat is around the 13 - 14% mark.

I was gonna do Cardio tonight, but I need to sleep. Lack of it is killing my diet and my workouts. It is so so ..... important on so many levels.

I agree though mate, right now I am a bit behind in sleep from the past few days studying late, and its killing my mood and focus completely!

ok. I slept pretty well last night. I went to bed at 5:00pm for a couple of hours, but I became real hungry and I got this amazing craving for some "Fish and Chips." I couldn't stop it ..... so I went and had large Haddock, Chips, and mushy peas. MMMMmm it was real nice. It's not like me to eat sh!t during the week.

Just to put this into a nutshell. I skipped cardio and ate junk. Very Very poor. :(

Last night was a terrible.

I did chest and abs and it was a poor poor session. I think Im coming down with flu. I was so weak. It's not even worth putting down my weight and sets. I think my best was 6 reps with 300. I did 10 with that no problem the week before. :(

I went to chemist and got some flu tabs before this thing really kicks it. Feel weak and getting hot flushes. Thankfully I've still got an appetite.

Back tonight. We'll see what I can do. :(

OK. I think my Flu is pretty much gone.

Did legs last night.

I avoided squatting to give my back a rest as I've had a little trouble with it.

LEGS

Seated Calves x 3
Standing Calves x 3

Leg Ext x 4
Leg Press x 4 (800 x 15, 1000 x 10, 1100 x 6)

Leg Curles x 2
Abductors x 2
Stiff leg deadlifts x 2

Back and Bi tonight.

Diet has been pretty solid this last few days. I'm giving the beer a miss this weekend too.

Nothing really to report except my diet is slipping a little of late. Im eating well, but Im eating Shakes instead of real food as it's more convenient. Im a big big believer in real food over supplements. Im not happy wioth myself. Its not been my main meals, but stuff like my eggs in a morning and my cottage cheese at night.

Oh well.

Training going well.

I did 11 reps with 400 squating and 3 solid reps with 480. Not bad. Back is a little sore still.

Got chest tonight. Looking to get a PB on the Bench. We'll see. Might attempt a 400. Will report tomorrow.

Would report about nice Chicks in my Gym, but theres ZERO. :(

Did it out of pure boredom really. It's pretty blond.

Got back and Bis tonight. Hope my back hold out for some serious deadlifting.

Been burning the candle at both ends again. :(

I moved house at the weekend so that really caused me alot of stress and made me real tired. My diet was pretty terrible this weekend. I lived on McDonalds and Pizza Hut.

Did shoulders last night. Was going to do Tris too, but was too burnt out. Will do them with chest later this week.

Legs tonight. Training alone. Going to do more Calves and ham work and legg thigh works. My things are too big for my hams and calves. They need to catch up.

My Calves are weak plus after I've battered quadz I dread doing calves. I can never be bothered. So I like to get em out the way.

Bodybuilding for me at the moment is not going as it should. Been very busy with things and I've been missing meals etc etc.

No point in posting when it's like that, I could put a little disclaimer at the bottom I suppose saying "this is how NOT to do it!!!"

Will keep this thing upto date when I land back on my feet. Which will be soon.
