How much carido should i include with my wbb workout routines?
Iam 6'1 w/19% bfat. want to get it down to10%. i'm 38 & weigh 178 lbs. any answers????

30-45min./3-4days per week
It's prefered to perform cardio on non training days.

I agree with Blackalpha. Don't do less than 25 minutes. At 20 min of cardio the body is JUST begining to make the cardiovascular adaptations for improvement. ;)

Cardio isn't completely necessary.
Have you considered doing it with only diet?
