Picture 2 guys trying to los weight.
The first guy doesn't do any cardio at all, NONE but eats very clean and drinks a ton of water and works out. He has the perfect diet but sits on his ass all day.
The Second guy eats whatever he wants but run, weight lifts, plays ball and stays very active. Keep in mind that he eats whatever, whenever.
Who's gonna has the better body and less gut?
Just trying to figure out the problem with my gut, it's like a big bowl of Jello.
