I was looking at the Nutrition facts for eggs and I noticed that for every 1 egg there's 71% of your reccomended colestoral (though this is based on a 2,000 calorie diet). I have like 6 eggs a day...is this dangerous?

why so many a day?? are ya just trying to fill your protein needs? i would think that's WAY too much dietary cholesterol on a daily basis.

If memory serves, most individuals need not concern themselves with dietary cholesterol intake -- it is not correlated with serum cholesterol levels.

i've read some studies that show there IS some correlation to dietary cholesterol and serum lipid levels and other studies that show NO correlation...but, 1800 mg(6 eggs) cholesterol a day can't be good for ya.

Neither does mine. I'm getting up to 800% of the RDA on some stuff.
