Today i worked out my legs and shoulder... and also did shrugs as you guys suggested me to... BUT... after workout, when i got out to take shower, i saw some weird thing on along my shoulder line(trap,shoulders).. Red blood mark was seen.. You know like when capillaries have poped or something. This is not normal... This happened on my last shoulder workout too.. though, my shoulder looked bigger and my weights went up... Funny SHEET... anyone have experienced this thing??......

Did you do squats? I get that when I do squats from the weight resting on my shoulders.

Like Latman said, its most likely just from doing squats. I get them after every leg workout. The marks will go away in a few days.

if your muscles are growing fast the skin stretches causing ugly ass stretch marks. i'll bet that is what is happening to your shoulder. if so they will stay for a long time and then turn into scars. if that is what it is i would get some vit. E cream because it works well to prevent them.

Its just busted capillaries....happens to me everytime I squat from the bar resting on my traps.

Stretch marks take much longer to form.

degsta they do take a long time to form but they have to start somewhere. maybe this was the first time he noticed them. i didn't notice the ones on my back until they were pretty deep.

I get those everytime I do squats. I use the soft spongy thing too. They should go away by morning. You're probaby getting them on one side because you're not pressing equally causing more weight on one shoulder compared to the other one.

I use the sponge support and still get the same thing. It will be gone by tonight. No, big deal.

I get them from squats and along both sides of my spine where my back rest on the edge of the bench during the lowest poinjt of my bench press.

Broken blood vessels just beneath the skin, they will go away.

A lot of times I have an upside down u on my back. The top from squats and the sides from benching.
