Cardio every day, is it ok or should it be kept to every other day basis?

how long and how intense are you doing it? maybe take every 3rd day off, not necessarily other day.

about 20 min, with my heart rate between 160-175 HR
why would you want to do cardio every day?
I think most would agree its best to ahve a rest day.

How about when training for a really heavy cardiovascular sport (Lacrosse, Cross Country, Track, Soccer..)?

you must really enjoy cardio! :eek: I find it best to do cardio just 3 or 4 times a week. Unless of course you are training for an intensive sport such as hockey.
