Hey im gonna start doing a journal to keep up on my progress, and if you have any suggestions please let me hear them thank you to all of you in advnace, well im really training for strength but some size to im using the wwb routine 3, im going to try to bulk for about a couple of months then in the summer im gonna try to cut down a little to be fit for the summer, and bulk again, my main goal is to increase my lifts about a half i know thats a lot but im dedicating myself, and plus i love lifting it realieves all this damn stress
