1st thread, all right...ill get right to it..no b.s:
going from bulking to cutting:

stats:

height: 6ft
weight: 197
age: 22

goals:
7% by may

Feb 24 Day 1:
Abs, light legs
60min cardio (light intensity)

Feb 25 Day 2:

meal 1 9am:
myoplex/glutamine

meal 2 12pm:
1/2 tuna sandwich
2 pieces toast w/natty p.b

WORKOUT--chest/tri/sho

meal 3 3pm:
myoplex
1/2 cup oatmeal

meal 4 6pm:
2 chicken breast
1 cup broc.

meal 5 8:30pm:
4 egg whites
1/2 serving whey

meal 6 10:00pm:
4eggwhites
1/2 serving whey

notes: say a really hot girl working at gnc, nice! more motivation, i cursed myself for not being cut already

dropped some ambien to get some sleep, had to wake up early for class! DAMN school, hindering my fat loss!

GOOD MORNING wanna be big.
for me its like wanna be lean

so check it out, its day 3 of the mad crazy get lean drop the gut diet. this is easy!


ill edit this post as the day progresses. and add more about my routine/diet plans.


meal 1 7am (dAMMMN!):
1/2 cup oatmeal
8 egg whites
green tea

meal 2 10am:
myoplex dlx
1 tbsp natty p.b

notes: felt nasty sitting in class, could feel fat rolls chillin, made me sick. came back and ate a myoplex.

cardio:
damn, how pathetic am I? 10 minutes of running and im cramping up and feeling like trash, in august i was droppin 2 miles with ease. anyway:
10min run
15min stairmaster
abs

go back for more tonight!

meal 3 1 pm:
myoplex dlx
1 tbsp natty pb

meal 4 4pm:
myoplex dlx
1/2 cup oatmeal

(yeah, i have a ****load of myoplex dlx;-)

meal 5 7pm
5 egg whites
1 serving whey

notes: didnt make it back for pm cardio, had to study, hoping to get up early and hit it in the am on an empty stomach, feeing good, hungry but good, cals are a little low, need to watch that, cannot let it drop too much, might binge or something, doubt it, also want to keep as much mass as possible. till tomorrow yall!

feelin great, 6 days in to the diet, goin well, hungry at times, not bad, tanning now, sleeping more, things are gonna be lookin nice in a few more weeks.

hope to keep this up, sorta lazy when it comes to updatin, should for myself anyway.
day 5 was awesome, legs/cardio

day 6 today:
March1st NEW MONTH, lets hit this baby perfect.
