Ok this thread is going to have a bit of training/diet/supps so I didnt know which thread to put it in :(
Ok well I have been cutting for 7 weeks now with great results, and I should be reaching my goal within 4-5 weeks.
Now as for my bulking diet, Since I'm going to be doing this bulk during the summer, I want to keep it as lean of a bulk as possible.
I plan to start off eating 100-200 calories over maintence, and work my way up to 500-700 calories over maintence by sept. I've been thinking of doing 2-3 HIIT Sessions a week to help curb fatgain. And I've read that short intense cardio releases more hGH just like squats etc.
The supplements I plan to use:

Whey Protien Power - !
Creatine - !
Nlarge2 - 2-3 scoops post-workout
ZMA - Before Bed
Flax oil - !
What is everybody's take on this? I havent designed my training split yet. Going to try and do that tomorrow.
