It kicked my ass!!!!! Oh my god 15 minutes is nothing to me most of the time. Able to go 60 straight when I wont to but I did the 2 minutes high 2 minutes low for about 15 and I was beat. Havent had that cant wait for the whistle to blow feeling since football practice, back in highschool when i was a fat ass.

Wow, HIIT on a stepper or a stationary bike is impossible for me. I'll stick to the track, thank you very much ;)

To make it simple and easy for you and who ever reads this thread. HIIT cardio is segments of high intensity cardio and then segments of low intensity cardio. Example run 2 min, walk 2min, Sprint 2 min, walk 2 min, jog 2 min, run 2 min, walk 2 etc.... This method is proven to burn fat faster.Never letting your body adapt to the force you give it will keep it buring fat instead of lets say a long jogging or walking session were your body will adapt to that pace. Change is good and I hope what I said is true and correct.

Yea HIIT kicks my ass on the treadmill.

I usually do 15 mins or so, 1 min jogging (6 mph), 30 second sprinting (10-11mph)

After 15 mins is up, I collapse on the couch lol
