Now I've been doing ckd for 7 weeks, and It looks like I'll only need another 4 weeks or so before I'm finished my cutting. I'm currently at 9% bf. Now my question is, how do I get back into a normal diet w/o gaining back the fat? Slowly re-introduce carbs? Do I do 1 last carbup?

this has been asked and debated a few times ... personally, i think a slow introduction of carbs would be best. your body needs to re-acclimate to using carbs consistently. there might be some benefit to coming out of keto with a mini-carb up (half-day or so) followed by slowly increasing carbs over the next few days to your maintenance level.

7 weeks of keto excellent - how did you get on? how much weight did you lose? - what did you eat -??
sorry for all the questions im on week 3 now and want to have an idea of what i can achieve. I feel that my weight loss is slowing but wont know until another week
