Hey Guys,
Currently I am eating Salmon for both lunch and dinner on my cutting diet. I am considering replacing the salmon at night with chicken breasts, in order to hasten my fat loss. Do you feel this would make a difference? Please provide me with your input, it is much appreciated.

NO, there both low fat high protein. Your gonna go nuts, and unless you have a lot of discipline you will fail just eating one thing. The fish has good fats in it, but your already getting enough. Just my opinion.

If I recall correctly, you already eat an extremely low-cal and low-carb diet; on such a diet you NEED fat if you hope to keep any muscle at all.
Read up on ketogenic dieting if you are going to employ such a diet.

Salmon is an excellent food source, IMO. I would just mix it up a little. There is nothing that says you have to eat the same food every night, although salmon is a good source of EFA's as well as protein.

I agree. Salmon is the best source of EFA's and a great source of protein.
