Now i was wondering if anyone tryed this yet , has got good results from it :

Suppose im taking 500mg test enth./week + 30mg dbol/day
doing half cutting (4weeks) and half slight above maintenace (other 4 weeks)

Should i get good results from it , anyone tryed this one yet ?
Never seen such a theory before , but i yesterday it popped into my mind and was thinking about it since ive still got some fat to loose but also wanne add some quality mass , doesnt need to be the full 20lbs.
Maybe someone experimented with this and can cover this topic.

either bulk or cut, don't try and do both

You CAN do both in my opinion. However, the best way to do it without losing muscle while "ON" is doing 2 small 1-week DNP cycles during the bulking cycle. I"m not sure how many people here would be willing to do that though.

Im not a big fan of DNP. Something about using a pestocide ingredient doesn't appeal to me, although i know if run sensibly will produce good results, DNP, to me, is the same as using GH where you should basically live, breathe and die bodybuilding.

Just my thoughts, plus, i love carbs so wouldn't want to muck about with my diet that much.

Thats the good thing about DNP. When you use it you don't have to go on a really low-carb diet. In fact, doing that can be bad while using it. Keeping carbs at moderate to just below that level is best.

***** DNP.

You can do both, but make sure you STICK to both. I'd make it a 10-12 week cycle, though... and a frontload would be a must, otherwise the first half of the cycle would be somewhat lackluster. But it's definitely possible to do.

I read that eating complex carbs on DNP is like pouring petrol on a fire.

That is somewhat true Ozzy.

ah, ok, now why would anyone want to do that then? lol

Pouring petrol on a fire is referring to the fact that in theory, to an extent, when on DNP, if you eat more carbs...or stay on a just higher than maintenance calorie diet in regards to carbs, than you may burn more fat. Hence, this being a POSITIVE thing.

What do you mean with "lackluster" and why the frontload , how many ?

Thx

I didn't think it made a difference to the level of fat burning, only that it made you sweat more?

DNP breaks one of your main energy pathway, which is making ATP from ADP. It partially disolves a lipid(?) membrane in your mitochondria. The chemical reaction starts but you only end up with ADP and heat. Hence all the sweating.

If you take too much, you get no ATP and the cell dies.

It affects every cell with mitochondria (all of them). I don't recall if it will pass the Blood Brain Barrier, but I would assume yes. In any case, it just burns a lot of energy.
