So yesterday was my carb up day for this diet I"m on... All I can say is DAMN did I eat a lot. As some of you may know I work at a place called "Great Harvest Bread Company." Thus I have to eat some of the bread from there. I'll try to remember as best I can about all I ate yesterday.....
Some White Cinnamon Chip Bread
Some Honey Whole Wheat Bread
Some Spinach Feta Bread
Oatmeal (my own recipe...Ask Belial he'll vouch that its outstanding ;)) at 2 meals.
A couple Prolab Protein Shakes with Milk
Chicken Wrap from a restaraunt w/ a few chips and a hometown brewed Beer :)
Another one of those Beers (damn thats good beer)
More Cinnamon Chip Bread..lol
Finally.... A Large Pizza with Black Olives, Pepporoni, Mushrooms, Ham and Green Peppers.
I was stuffed the whole day.... can't really remember being to hungry after I ate all that bread in the morning. Anyways back to my diet today...3 weeks left. :) (I can't wait till this is over)
