My routine basically consists of the WBB routines, but provided i only have access to dumbells.

Okay here goes:

Lying tricep extention 19x2
1 arm tricep extention 19x2
Tricep Extention 19x2
Curl 19x2
Incline curl 19x2

So is this to much rest?
And how long till I see results? Keep in my mind im a newbie and I've read some of the articles, and I also train with 10 pound dumbells.

Can you add some effective exercies in a category or so, if its possible that is...?

1) I think the volume for arms is a bit high.

2)Is the first after each exercise the number of reps? If so they're a bit high. You'd probably be better off with 8-12 reps per set.

3)You don't need a day for just abs, you can do a couple of sets at the end of the other workouts and you'll be fine.

4) I don't see legs and back anywhere, you gotta work out those too.

5) This routine doesn't resemble anything like the WBB routines as you said at the beginning of your post

6) what are your goals?

I know, I just meant it ressembled it in the rest plan,
Before I used to do that every night before I read that you have to let your body rest.

Anyways, My goals are basically to be built, but not to built, like I wouldn't mind the abs to much, but I want big arms and a big chest, about what you would see on a model.

Oh by the way yeah it is reps-sets, and I go gradually, Each week I increase a rep, so I've been doing that each night for about 1 month now, I originally started at 15 and 10.

In case that helps.

You can try as hard as you want to be built, don't worry it doesn't happen over night.
19 reps?

Can you possibly get to a gym?

You will NOT bulk up lifting ten pound dumbells; nor will you grow much without training legs.

Please. Do yourself a favor and either invest in a proper weight set or go to a gym.

Eat. Lots. Then eat some more. (You'll find you will get that advice a lot around here)

Up the weight until you get to about the 6-8 rep range.

Read the WBB routines. Then pick and do one. Then eat.
