Hey guys... have a friend who is a girl. She is 22 yrs old, 5'6, 127 pounds, and has a 27 inch waist (size 5). Anyways...she feels like she has put on some weight this year...to be more specific about 15-20pounds. She got rolls now. She wants to try using clen to burn it off but I am no sure how she should cycle it because she is female. She wants to get back down to about 105-110pounds. Any suggestions? Howmuch, how long??? Sides???

Also she wanted to know if there were any better alternatives besides clen? However IMO and in hers, she is clear that she won't use any AAS or T3? Thanks guys or girls for any advice!

Diet and cardio bro, no need to use drugs for something you can do naturally. Just reduce the carbs and train sensibly and it will go.

If however she is set on using something then i would recommend and ECA stack as think this has better fat burning properties than Clen

BUMP... besides clen is a weak cutting agent. IMO. eca is more effective but people tend to put the wieght back on after they loose it. diet and cardio, and have her eat her carbs in the morning and after her workout instead of maybe right before bed or whatver the case may be.

Use the search theres loads on clen

any way clen is really only good for shedding the last of the fat like 11-12% bf. Id go with the good ol ECA or NYC stack with a watched diet.
