I went to a book store yesterday (imagine that). I was looking for a calorie book in the diet and health section. There is a sh!t load of diet books out there. Anyway they have a book for carb calories, fat, and others but I want a simple to use all in one book. What do you guys use? Thanks:help:

you can use fitday.com for free
it's not perfect but you can save custom foods yourself

there are also a HERD of online calorie lists

why spend $$ if you don't gotta?

Thats true, but I could probably find one for less than $5. There just small pocket sized books. Thats what I've seen so far. It's not like I would carry it around and be super strict or anything. It would be cool to have it at the house just for quick reference. Thanks...

buy one that has a breakdown for carbs (including fiber), fat and protein
that's all you need

mine cost me $6.99

Complete Book of Food Counts by Corinne T. Netzer

This is the one that I use and most bookstores have this in stock. There are numerous editions so you might want to make sure you are getting the most recent version.
