Is this a good diet that will help me bulk?

I'm 6ft2.5inches tall
about 160 pounds in weight

gonna start WBB1 in the next 4 weeks

DIET

9:00 Breakfast:
4 shredded wheat
Pint water
2 eggs boiled

11:00 11ís:
Wheatgerm Shake
Pint Water

13:00 Lunch:
Ham Cheese Turkey Sandwhich
Orange
Pint Water

16:00 Dinner:
Fish
Potatoes
Carrots
Pint Water

19:00 Tea:
Baked Beans
Tin Tuna
Mayonaise
SweetCorn
Toast
Pint Water

22:00 Supper:
Wheatgerm Shake
Pint Water


If anyone could calculate the protein, fat, calories it would be much appreciated

Might be a little low in protein. Go to fitday.com and see what it says.

As restless said could be low in protein and doesn't look like enough cals. Try and get some of each macronutrient in with each meal. The link below will also help you in figuring out the amount of cals.

add protein and healthy fats -- u definitely have enough carbs

Carbs look good. More protein and some healthy fats, as has been stated.
