I haven't been in the forum for a long time... seems like topics in forums are repetition of old topics..... it's all good tho..
Here's my current stats... i would like to be around 165lbs by end of march..... and cut down for summer.
Barbell Bench - 185 x 8
Dead Lift - 275 x 5
Squats - 295 x 6
weight - 157lbs
BF - no clue...
height - 5'7"
Well..
Diet - semi bulking/maintaing
7:00 - 6egg whites, 1whole, half a scoop of protein shake, 80g of oats.
11:00 - natural peanut butter banana sandwich, protein shake.
3:30 - 2x Toonie tuesday deal (4 chicken pieces, fries)
7:30 - 6sushi pieces, 8picees of sashimi
10:00 - cup of milk, a cookie.
Diet is kinna messed up rite now but i'm gana adjust pretty soon.
Workout- Rest day
