Please help:

Postworkout shake:

-Whey
-Creatine
-Honey

Is this sufficient???
My question is how much honey?

The honey that I have has 60 Cal per tablespoon with 17 Carbs and 16 Sugars.

So how much honey?? Thanks!

Honey contains approx a 1:1 ratio of glucose to fructose. Fructose is not what I would consider ideal postworkout because it is used to refill liver glycogen and not muscle glycogen. I would go with dextrose or maltodextrin.

Yes, dextrose and malto are the best choices, but correct me if i'm wrong, but i think that a little bit of fructose isn't a bad idea to refill the liver glycogen...

You are right in that a little can be beneficial postworkout but getting all you carbs from honey would probably be too much.

I tend to have a teaspoon of honey with my protein shakes, if nothing else it tastes nice!
