When I started my ph cycle, I was gonna go from using Optimum Whey exclusively (trying to shed weight) to using NLarge all the time, because I'm gonna need all the help reaching cals I can get. But then I started reading about insulin spikes, pre/post workout needs, etc. Now, on a normal day I have powder in my oatmeal pre-w/o, half a shake post-w/o, powder in oatmeal next meal, and then another half shake after that. Should I use Nlarge for all of these or use some whey still? Or maybe go all Optimum on my off day, all Nlarge on training days? Sorry for sounding like a stupid newb, but this has been in my head all day.
