Finally got round to registering, so i thought i'd introduce myself.

I'm a 34 yr old student from Edinburgh, been training since 1st Sept 2002 and so far have gained 6kgs

I've just started the WBB routine #1 last week, and its a refreshing change from the normal 3 day split i've been doing.

Overall this place looks like a good place to hang out :D
