I generally do one in the morning when I wake up and one when I go to bed (actually 2 servings in each shake). I don't lift too much, but I do a lot of aerobics. I also recently put L-Glutamine in my shakes too. Should I change anything?

What are you putting in your shakes.. With my protein shakes, when i am cutting, I mix with water,strawberries or bannana. and some ice cubes.. u can even use fat free frozen yogurt.. thats not bad either..

2 cups water + 2 teaspons of L Glutamine + 2 scoops of Isolated Soy Protein. Taste is awful, but I get over it.

I would add in some carbs or you could mix it with milk instead of water.
