View Full Version : Getting bigger but still a runt

This is my Readers Digest version of my journey in bbing. The last pict is from Jan 03 - I'm a few llbs bigger now - 161 @ 16% bf if I can trust my 7 point calipre testing. I'll post the big fat runt pics at the end of March and then try to cut down to 12% bf for summer.

My posing is crappy, the double bi pose makes it hard to see what's going on with my chest but I'll remedy that in the future.

This is so wierd, it worked before. I got it going again but who know how long it will last.

I can't figure out what's what going on. I get to work for a while and then it dissappears. If anybody has any ideas on what I'm doing wrong let me know.
