dunno how good of a picture this is but...what do yall have to say...things i need to work on?....and there will be no pics of the wheels b/c theyre still under construction...will post them sometime

you look pretty lean to me, that is always a good base. i would just say you need more overall mass, how is the back doin???
it kind of does look like you like to concentrate on your chest. maybe that is why there is no back pic or wheels pic...

ddint realize how much my back sucked until i took this....anyone know how i can target my lower lats...to get them to "drop down"

I believe that "drop down" effect is highly genetic... basically how low your lat comes down on your torso is genetic... but rows, pullups etc will help widen out your back. You can see from this pic that some lats come down lower than others.... just for an example.

Have never really measured anything...so i dunno how big my arms/chest were etc. I guess the monitor hasn't approved the other two pics yet?

And yes, my chest has been my main focus for awhile, I wrestled in high school and we benched, benched more, and then benched even more. My back is something I really am trying to work on. Bout to go on a bulking cycle. Goal is to be 175ish at 10%bf if i stay at my same height.

Seriously though, we have a similar build except I'm 6'2" and weigh a measly 182lbs. I FEEL TINY TODAY!!!
